The clinic staff are helpful and friendly. I've been to 2 branches and the level of service is consistent. Attending doctors have good bedside manners and able to explain and make any necessary referrals.

Good Service from the staff at the counter and also from Dr. Kavitha. The consultation process took less than 10 minutes. Clean environment and good smell from the premise. I'll come back later if I get sick again.

Even though is long queue the nurse informed earlier , is clean and nice smell. There is also coffee for patient to enioy coffee while waiting

I’ve been coming to this clinic several times and have always been satisfied. The doctor is very trusted, professional, and always explains things clearly. Ive been here more than 20 times i think haha. Nothing to complain, i love coming here 😊 friendly staff, friendly doctor. I mean that literally. Me and the doctor talk like a bestie, they're that good 😆😆

As for the queueing part, if during peak hour, they are quite efficient as well. Normally i come in early morning to avoid long queue.

But very good la their service, I'm a customer for life.
