Yes. If your vaccination booklet has been lost, damaged, or never properly maintained, we can reconstruct a working record through parental or personal recall, plus a quick blood test for antibody titres (especially for Hepatitis B, MMR, and varicella where antibody levels confirm immunity). Going forward, we'll issue a new vaccination card and keep our own electronic record alongside it.

Coverage varies by vaccine and insurance plan. Routine adult vaccines like influenza may be covered under preventive care in some employer panels; travel vaccines typically are not (treated as elective). Childhood vaccines may be covered under family health plans. Bring your panel card and we will verify coverage on the day before any vaccine is administered. Cash payment is transparent and full receipts are issued for company reimbursement.

Yes — and you should, as soon as possible. Rabies post-exposure prophylaxis is most effective when started within 24 hours of the bite.
